The Story
About Tuatha
My name is Sébastien. I am a French AI consultant and educator who found a new home—and a new way of seeing—in the vibrant collision of ancient and modern that defines Mexico City.
My journey into artificial intelligence didn't begin in a research lab. It began in the messy reality of business operations, where I saw firsthand how disconnected technology fails the people it's meant to serve. Elegant algorithms built in isolation. Brilliant proofs of concept that never touched production. Millions spent on systems no one trusted enough to use.
I founded Tuatha on a conviction: that the most powerful AI systems don't replace human intelligence—they amplify it. The name comes from the Tuatha Dé Danann, the mythical Irish tribe who mastered both science and art, blending rigorous knowledge with something approaching magic. That duality guides everything we build.
The Philosophy
Here in Mexico City, a place where Aztec temples rest beneath colonial cathedrals and glass towers, where ancient markets operate alongside AI startups, I found the perfect metaphor for what Tuatha does: we build bridges between what was and what will be.
We operate between France and Mexico City—two cultures that value both deep thought and bold action. This duality informs our practice. We bring European rigor to system design and Latin American creative adaptability to implementation.
Clarity over Complexity
We speak your language, not jargon. Every recommendation is grounded in your business reality.
Strategy before Technology
We solve business problems, not create science projects. The tool follows the need, never the reverse.
Partnership over Sales
We succeed when you succeed. Our engagement models are designed for lasting impact, not quick transactions.
The Name
The Tuatha Dé Danann—the "peoples of the goddess Danu"—are central figures in Irish mythology. They were not warriors alone, but masters of every art and science. They arrived in Ireland carrying four treasures, each an instrument of sovereignty and wisdom:
Lia Fáil — The Stone of Destiny, which cried out beneath the rightful ruler.
Sléa Lugh — The Spear of Lugh, which never missed its mark.
Coire an Dagda — The Cauldron of the Dagda, from which none left unsatisfied.
Claíomh Solais — The Sword of Light, which could cut through any darkness.
These four treasures map perfectly to the four pillars of our practice: Diagnosis, Implementation, Education, and Products. It is not an accident. The oldest stories carry the deepest truths about how to build things that last.
